Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze Business Processes: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Develop Solutions: Create and implement data-driven solutions that optimize operations and improve overall performance.
Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with departments to gather requirements, understand business needs, and develop effective strategies.
Report Findings: Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years in business analysis, process improvement, or consulting roles.
Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed recommendations.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of presenting findings clearly and persuasively.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms.
