We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join our team at International Solutions AEC. In this role, you will ensure our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique financial needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their success on a global scale.

Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Experience Level: Mid-Senior Level
Education Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field

Key Responsibilities:


  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

  • Customer Support: Provide exceptional support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

  • Needs Assessment: Understand clients’ business objectives and financial goals, and develop strategies to meet those needs effectively.

  • Solution Implementation: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of consulting services and solutions.

  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather client feedback and use it to continuously improve our services.



Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in customer success, client relationship management, or customer service roles.

  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with CRM software and client service tools.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to client concerns.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
